Roslyn Courtney has collaborated with many of the world’s leading executives to develop strategies that align individual and organizational performance with a company’s ambitious business goals. With measurable impact, her consulting and coaching services have unlocked the full potential of numerous organizations across Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and high-growth businesses.

An authority on leadership, talent development, and business change, Roz works with entrepreneurs and executives on their leadership and initiatives to build successful businesses and careers. She also specializes in advancing women, coaching executives in transition, and developing Gen Y leaders.

Roz’s breakthrough model of leadership was unveiled at the Wharton School in 2004. She was founding co-chair of the Wharton Women’s Task Force, a global initiative to advance women’s leadership in business. In 2005, she became the first woman to receive Wharton’s Alumni Award for Distinguished Service.

A sought-after speaker at professional and corporate events, Roz has led leadership programs at the Wharton School, Bank of America, Thomson Reuters and other client venues. She held leadership positions at Kraft General Foods, The New York Times Company Magazine Group, The Citibank Private Bank, and Primedia’s Consumer Media Group, before founding Roslyn Courtney Consulting in 2001.

Ashlee Wiechkoske

Ashlee Wiechkoske has a unique perspective on the future of business and the role Gen Y will play, and steps to build exciting careers and Gen Y leaders. Working with top innovators in media, Ashlee has focused on marketing, consumer behavior and engagement, print and digital media, social networks, and the evaluation and measurement of marketing initiatives.

Ashlee is a Gen Yer who has already enjoyed several defining experiences in her short career. In the summer of 2008, she worked closely with the President and COO and the Chief Marketing Officer of Common Sense Media, an award winning non-profit in San Francisco. She developed the marketing strategy for the first study of nationally recognized leaders conducted by undergraduate business students. As part of the “Straight from the Top” project team, she conducted interviews with top executives, mostly CEOs and Presidents, to define the new realities of leading and building successful businesses. As a marketing intern at a business unit of Time Warner, she is experiencing both the opportunities and challenges of the changing face of print media.
